Our agency gives peace of mind to loved ones, knowing that we are dedicated to their satisfaction and overall quality of life.

Before devoting her work full time to Helping Seniors of VA, Alka served as an Accounting Manager and Marketing Specialist for an English pub franchise that she and her husband own and operates at Washington Dulles International Airport. Her years of professional experience range from being a financial analyst for a telecommunications company, to operating one of the biggest franchises in the oil industry.

Outside of work, Alka is a devoted wife and mother of two children. She enjoys being active, listening to music and cooking for her family.

Why Homecare :

Alka first became aware of the home healthcare industry in 2006, when she was exploring options to receive such services for her mother-in-law who had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. When she and her family had been with several home care service providers, the challenges that they had to face to provide the best possible care for their loved one helped her realize how a home care agency can make a significant impact in the lives of a client. That moment was when she decided to pursue her dream of owning a homecare agency.

Helping Seniors of VA is looking forward in providing valuable service and will be happy to provide a FREE in-home consultation to help you and your family explore the options in the healthcare world, and help you understand the many resources and financial options available to you.
